Terms of Service

Hello, thanks for your interest in commissioning me! Depending on the time of year, my drawing time can vary! And please read through my TOS before commissioning me.

DISClaimer

• I'm only accepting commissions through twitter DMs.
• By commissioning me, you automatically agree to the following conditions.
• Do not use the commission for AIs, Cryptos and NFTs.
• If I'm uncomfortable with the commission, I won't do it.
• If the commission is complex, I may communicate a price raise.
• I am unable to take any commissions that have a deadline.
• Any other questions, contact me.

Payment

• Payment would be through paypal invoices in USD. (ei. you give me your email and I will send you an invoice)
• The invoice will be set to partial payment, so you can pay the 50% upfront, and then the final 50% after the commission is done.
• Any other forms of payment can be discussed.
• There will be 50% upfront payment when I finish the rough sketch (until the final sketch is completed, it is still refundable. Once the lineart is completed, there is no refund.)
• Until the 50% upfront is paid, I won't work on the commission further.
• The other 50% will be paid after the commission is complete.
• In any circumstances that I cancel the commission, I will give a full refund no matter the progress.

Props (10%-30%)
- Additional charges will be discussed beforehand.
- Revisions may cause you additional fees depending on frequency and complexity.

Additional Information

• If you want a style, feeling, or pose from one of my other works, please tell me!
• If you need a transparent version of the artwork, please tell me.
• After the last of the invoice is paid, I will email the unwatermarked artwork to the email provided for the invoice.

Process and revisions

• Estimated commission time can be anywhere from 1 week to 5 weeks depending on complexity and personal reasons. (I am still in school, so if you ordered a commission, it's more likely that you won't get the finish product until a weekend)
• I will send progress reports, usually one of a rough sketch, final sketch, rough coloring/shading, and the finalized artwork. Though you may ask me for progresses throughout.
• You may make any revisions during the rough sketch phase.
• After the rough sketch phase, major revisions (ex. poses and cloths) aren't allowed
• You may request for minor revisions (ex. small accessories and details).
• If there was any unsatisfaction with the artwork, I am not responsible for it if there was no feedback to amend it.
• Final artwork will be send through the provided email, and in DMs.

copyright and usage

• I retain all rights to the illustration. I am able to do whatever with my art, including but not restricted to:
Publishing the commissioned work on my website, portfolios, or social media. However, the client can request for a private commission.

Clients may

- Post the commissioned work on any website or social media with proper credit or watermarked artwork.
- Turn artwork into prints, keychains, stickers etc. for personal uses.
- Use the artwork as avatar, icon, social media banner, and phone/desktop wallpaper.

Clients may NOT:

- Repaint over the work (e.g. removing watermarks and signatures)
- Take credit for the artwork.
- Use my work for any commercial purposes unless discussed beforehand.

Commercial Commissions

I will do it depending on the purpose, and prices will be discussed also depending on the purpose! But usually it will be 200%-300% of the original price.
